So my mom ordered one for me and my wife for Xmas I just now got it. That said totally worth the wait. And I intend to buy a couple more of them. Is it what the commercials make it out to be? I'm not sure about that , but it's warm, soft, moves quietly, hangs low enough to cover my side arm, and has a deep enough hood that I can still use it with my hair up in a ponytail which is saying something. I would recommend them and will buy several more
