Unsing draw lengths of 27" and 28", Archer's Advantage shows "too stiff", although if RH your photo shows weak, most likely false weak. Too stiff would mean decrease spring tension assuming the .700 are tunable which they might not be since you aren't getting the expected results from changes. I would shoot a bare shaft through paper at 10 feet to see what is happening right out of the bow. Also, everything I've read and from my experience, the nock point is the first thing to fix since it will mask other issues.

Not responding to nock point changes...at this point I would also check the limbs for tiller imbalance. Set them to zero and then reverse top/bottom to see what you get.
