Basic Quiver Installation Question

Ive never used a bow mounted quiver before and recently got a Truglo Tru-Tec in the mail from Cabela's. Inside the shipping box, the hard plastic Truglo packaging was open.

Does anyone know if this item should've come with a screw or two to mount the quiver to the riser?

I didn't see any loose in the shipping box.

Also, does the quiver mounting bracket install right over the sight mount? I cant find any information online anywhere including the manufacturers website on this...

Yes the quiver should of had the mounting screws included and the quiver will mount to the sight. Call Cabelas and tell them what happened. They are very good when it comes to things like this.
