Which archery shop does the best shop tuning your bow and why?

I would have to say Autumn Skys Outfitters near Conowingo. Top of the line techs and a really nice store.

I'm not that familiar with archery shops around DC, but Macrotech in Glen Burnie is not that far, and Len Marsh knows bows.

Big Dan knows his stuff for sure. Also, they are no hassle and they do special orders....once they get to know you and you do repeat business the owner will even call you and with updates on bow work

Hello,
I know you posted your comment a while back. However, a group of us have just started meeting up to practice target archery together on the weekends. We mostly meet at Lake Needwood in Rockville on Saturdays, but have been looking at trying out some other places, as well. If you're interested in meeting some other people in the area that enjoy archery, you should join the DC Archery Group on Meetup.com and come meet up with us sometime!

Brian at Jefferson Archery is a phenomenal tech. The rest of that crew will mess up a bow fast.

I've had arrows fletched incorrectly, been told to buy arrows that were severely underspined for my set-up and the last time I was there, I had a new Vapor Trail string installed on my bow and they couldn't have done a horrible job (cut the string on my qad way too short, incorrectly installed my cable slide, I could go on and on).

Ill never go back.
