this is the one I use and I know 3 other shops that do as well:

Rotor Clip A-120, just google it and it should come up, I ordered mine from amazon. got it pretty quick.

I use a plastic spackling/putty knife. It does the job and no scratches.

 

I had this conduit bracket in my "excess" bucket in the garage and took a Dremel to it. Use it all the time. I do put a plastic bag like what they throw your newspaper in to keep the eclip from flying who knows where.

E Clip for install & small screw driver for removel been doing it since 1971 when started to MFG. compound bows & always worked great.

 

Been using ice cream sticks for years, just cut square, prefer the fudgesicle, sometimes the banana popsicle too!

When removing e clips I use a small screwdriver then cover the clip with a plastic sandwich bag to catch it if it flies off.

I have always used the flat plastic broad head wrench that comes with Muzzy broadheads.... It's plastic so it won't scratch, and it has a small "v" notch on the one end to help continue the push past the axle. Need to keep one finger close to the e-clip so it doesn't fly away.
