Arrow must be bent

gravitional pull must be bad today

My favorite is my range finder in my heads not working right.

Anyone that has shot archery knows it couldnt be the shooter. The older I get the more I realize this is a simple thing. Atleast thats what some of the best say. Just do it the same way evertime.

On a 3-D course: "Dang it, that was a perfect shot, I just aimed at the wrong spot!"

Indoor spots: If I keep hitting low: "You sure that backwall isn't 21 yards away?"

True--a bird hit the arrow.

True-(for me-National Field, 2000) a bee stung me in my ear at full draw.

True-another arrow hit the arrow on the way to the target.

best of all "Premature ekliculation" (shoot off of someone else's clicker)

THAT WOULD BE CALLED HONESTY.

I often tell myself that!

That thing between my ears diffantly a weak link for me.

I shouldn't tell this one, but its to funny,
Back during indoor my husband and i were shooting against each other, i had one arrow left to shoot and i would beat my husband for the first time. Well guess what i was thinking, yepp, just one more shot and i beat him. lol. off goes the arrow hits the wall and falls to the floor. everyone turns around and askes what were you thinking, and before i could think i told the truth.. i was thinking i was going to beat him... well that puts it back to keep the mind out of the shot... ill get him this year.......

Here is one of the better ones I heard this year. A guy that shoot leagues with us claims to be the best archer in Pa. Well in 3D leagues one night he shot below a 300, so I asked him what went wrong, cause he is always bragging about his good scores, and his honest answer was "I got my hair cut tonight, and the string layed differantly against his face and it didn't feel right."

1. I didn't like that arrow anyway.

2. I wanted to make sure Easton stayed in business.

(rarely do I search for a missed arrow outdoors, superstitions.)
