Opinions on this? Best for the money, and best all around? Why?

Bought one from them this year and a lot of dye washed out first time I washed it. Did it by hand in a bucket with baking soda and left a drip line of brown dye across the driveway to the clothesline and a bucket of brown water. After a few more washes it has a lot of white areas . Picked up brown dye, but after reading online directions, have to go back and get a dye protectant to apply afterwards so it doesn't wash back out. I feel like the deer have been picking me out much easier when wearing it compared to my 5-6 year old leaf/ghil suit from cabelas, which they don't sell any longer.

I’ve been hunting off the ground a lot more this year and I’m really enjoying it. It makes every spot huntable and it’s nice not carrying a stand. I bought a hot shot leafy suit that works okay, I’ve been picked off a few times. I still think a ghille would be better..in for the replies!

I have 2 red rock ghillie suits and they work very well for me. The reasons I like them is for one thing they have snaps. I had a Marc Anthony and it had a zipper and I don't think zippers go real well with a ghillie. I sent it back. I don't hunt very much in warm weather and I think the red rock helps with warmth in the cold. I can't say how exactly but it helps . They have their downsides but overall work very well for fooling deer and turkey.

I got the leafy asat suit this year. I just wore the top and head net. I love the head net. Has tiny visor and snugs up well.

It's mesh so it is not hot.

Wish i would have gotten it 20 years ago. I didn't get picked off once when i should have been multiple times.

I have used a ghille suit in the past. Too me they aren't broken up enough. You just look like a dark blob. Deer see dark blobs.

With the asat suit i could walk in the open and deer wouldn't even look at me from less than 200 yards. I'll never hunt without one again.

I recently purchased the North Mountain gear leafy baclava with a bill like a hat. Thing is very well made and the camo is excelent. I would really like to get the matching suit next. I'm also very interested in the ASAT. I wll probably end up with both soon.

Traditional ghillie suits are a pain in the rear end. Super hot and the jute gets caught on everything. I'm talking even the serving on your bow sticks to the jute.

This is what I've got and I love it! it's completely customizable. Gotta do a little trimming and arm guard is a must. I got some material and added some colors to suit my surroundings. can easily attach ferns or whatever natural "camo" you like. The hats nice but not like it is. It a mesh type boonie hat with the material attached but it's floppy and hangs in your face.. over a ball cap it holds the stuff off your face nicely.
