looking for the best option for my new Axis 5mm arrows. Mainly hunt elk. Can anyone recommend the best insert/outserts they have used?

Thanks

The easton half outs. If you want a collar of some sort, there are plenty to choose from, but I've never had a durability issue using the easton half outs and were I still running my axis (switched from FMJ to VAP SS this year) for elk, I'd be using the easton half out. Probably the 75gr SS.

I have used both the Iron Will and the 75g half out.

I use the 50g iron will hit with 10g ti collar and S100. Super solid set up I use as my hunting arrows.

I have been super happy with both, but budget wise it’s hard to beat the 75g SS half out. I was meticulous squaring the arrow shaft and used slow cure epoxy when installing. Absolutely no issues after a ton of shots.
