not sure if there is a "BEST". guess it depends on 2 things, 1)What kind of hunting?(treestand or spot/stalk) 2)What you personally prefer and shoots best for you.
I will say, generally speaking the heavier weight and further from the bow the better you will hold and shoot. TOO A POINT, that is until it gets too heavy for you to hold well on the target. And that is just a very general statement.
Me personally I use the 12", 11oz. for treestand hunting and it seems to be a very good fit for me. If I were using it more for spot and stalk, I'd probably go a little lighter and shorter.
I have the 10.25 inch on my Z7 and love it. I just ordered the 14 oz weight, which should be here today.
