One thing I've noticed about Blazers, is they tend to curve in different directions. If you line them up on a table with the bases down and parallel to each other, some will curve to the left and some to the right. I try to match ones that curve the same way for a particular arrow. I don't know if this will resolve your problem, its just an observation I've made that might help out.
