have any of you used these nocks? if so, what has been your experience?
i am thinking of trying them out.

i already use rh blazers on 27.75" golditp xt hunters with muzzy 90gr 4blades. i am shooting 287fps now with great broadhead flight, but i am stepping up to a bowtech tribute soon. i am thinking that with these nocks, my same arrows and broadheads will be able to accurately handle 300+fps.

I have used both the T-4, and the standard turbo. I love it. I have all mine fletched with blazers and the T-4 right now, and I can definitly tell the difference. Try it, I think you'll like it.

I have been using Turbo Nocks ever since the very first Proto-type, so I half way know my way around their products.

The original Turbo Nocks were and still are Great products. I still use them too! :)

The T4 Turbo Nocks are fantastic products! I even use them with my Recurve bows with great success! In my humble opinion you can't go wrong with the Turbo Nocks!

But they are like any other archery products, not every one will like them and they Are Not A Magical product that will instantly make you a better archer!

My advise to you is to give them a try and see what you think of them! :)

Is there any speed loss associated with using these nocks?

Obviously, these nocks set up an initial spin by mechanical means due to the twist in the nock slot. Than being the case, I would think that any spin you get from the nock would be stopped by the Whisker Biscuit as the vanes pass through the bristles.

Actually that is not the case. the initial spin set up by the turbo is amplified by the whisker biscuit. We have video we show at hunting shows of a turbo passing through a whisker and it goes out the other side spinning like crazy.

The vanes on a turbo have a pitch to them and when they come in contact with the bristles of a whisker it acts like a kicker . as the angled vanes push through the whisker they increase in rotation.

If you REALLY want to see what the instant rotation of the t-4 can do for arrow flight. just type in turbo nock in the search. and look at the Amazing 4 arrow shot. Randy Oitker breaks four lifesavers with four arrows bareshaft using only the stabilization provided by the t-4

The only problim I have had is the center serving on my bow and d loop wants to pick the arrow up off the rest the first few times I shot a new nock. But they seem to set in after a few shoots. They seeem to loose up and go on the string easier then. I am shooting a short ATA bow.

If you arrow is getting picked up try opening up your string loop a little.
I usually get about 6000 shots on a serving , but I lubricate the serving often, like about every 100 shots. with bohning xcellerator string wax. It is kind of like vaseline.

T4s with blazers work great through a Whisker biscuit, the only problem that I have had was some serving wear. It may have been the early version of the T4, but all I did was sand down the edges of the T4 a little bit and that took care of any wear.
