Bolts for a Horton Summit 150?

I have a Horton summit 150 which uses a 20" bolt. The owners manual I found online says 20" arrow - 100 Grain Point - 438 Total Grains. I am looking at these Barnett Headhunters which have good reviews and are priced well.

Those say 13.78 Grains per inch which comes to 275.6 Grains. I assume you add 100 for the tip to get to 375.6.
Are the fletching's and nock's weight separate?

Can I use these???

It's been many years since I've had to buy bolts, it looks like almost every one I see has the shorter fletchings, is this the norm now? Does it matter for this bow which one I shoot, advantages/disadvantages??

I started with a Horton Summit, and I still have it as my back up bow. The minimum arrow weight with the field point weight is 400 gr. I shot Gold Tip laser 2s out of it, but could never get fixed blades to fly well and the arrow seemed to kick out of the bow. But I did not have problems shooting spitfires or grim reapers out of it.

If I was to buy some new arrows for it, I would try the Easton Magnum 2219 aluminums. I talked to one guy who was using them and getting good flight with fixed blades with them. You can get 6 at Academy Sports for $30.
