Looking for good options for bow hangers. Ive been using an arm that screws into a tree, but I hunt public and Im pretty sure Im not suppose to be damaging the Flora in any way. I primarily hunt climbing stands.

Here’s another option, similar to above, its a strap with some hooks

I have used Thirdhand for many years and really like them, but for my hang on for my recurve, I wanted one that folded away. I ordered a LWCG Sidekick and it’s supposed to be here today, I will see.

Climber or hang on - 3rd Hand Bowholder no doubt.

If I'm in the saddle I use a Tethrd HYS strap and a Nite Eyez Hero Clip. I have private land and can screw a bowholder into a tree if I want but it's a bit of hassle and I wind up making a lot of noise. On certain trees that are harder or have funky bark it's hard to get them started too, especially in the dark.

HME makes a strap on bow holder, I have several , I have like in the link below but there have the same thing with out the strap for half the price, if you have a strap I would buy with out the strap

he is hunting public so cannot screw them into a tree

which reminds me, before I bought the ones I posted above, I cut a 2x4 about a foot long, and screwed the hanger into it and strapped the 2x4 to the tree, of course I painted the 2x4

One of the properties that I hunt is a County Conservation Program where you cannot screw anything into a tree that you plan to hunt from. I normally use a screw in bow holder, but when I hunt this program I made this bow holder that can be strapped to the tree with a ratchet strap.

A hunting buddy likes those screw-in long arm hangers for the ladder stands on his property, but I am not a big fan. Not only are they illegal on public ground, but can get in the way of a shot off to the side they are hung.....been there. On private, I've used the little screw-in L-hooks and they work OK.

Since taking up saddle hunting, I have used a Genesis 3D strap with a bow holder and couple extra hooks for pack and quiver. It rolls up fairly compact and fits in my right side saddle pouch, along with bow haul rope, folding saw and small flashlight. Early this summer, I made an extra Amsteel daisy chain and had a friend make me a few 3D printed bow holders and accessory hoots. In testing, I found that a Nite-eyze S-biner worked OK, but sometimes didn't get it snug enough. So I dug around the man cave and found a Cam-jam and that works great......every time is snug and easy to set up.
