what would be a root cause to a sore bowside shoulder. when my shot breaks there is ussually soreness in my bow shoulder? i try to keep my shoulder low and relxed but i dont think that that is happening.

i'm a poor shooter but experienced the sore bow shoulder . i saw a training video on here by an english chap that said it was from gripping the bow to close to the thumb rather than deeper into middle of hand [poor explanation on my part maybe] . tried his idea and it took a while but has helped me . someone can probably direct you to the videos and if you see them i hope they help .

Too short,when I shoot my BT with my hunting bow that is setup for a wrist release,my bow shoulder gets really sore.


Judging by a few of your threads,I am really thinking you need a little more draw length.
