Hello all,
I am new to this forum and have never been bowfishing but I am looking for a place to go. I live in coastal Alabama. Are there any guides/businesses in that area?

you really don't need a guide to get in on bowfishing action! just get out on the lake after sunset with a spotlight. Check grassey slews and around fallen timber. Gars love to hang out around these spots. My buddy Ryan and I went last night and shot 3 gars in about an hour. However it is very important that you spotlight often. And when you spot that gar, be ready to shoot because he won't stay long. Good luck!!
