I think it is. I remember two winter olympics ago when they were talking about the loss of one of their best cross country skiers. He live in the country and loved to hunt moose. They showed a bunch of clips of him shooting a bow. I'd have to put two and two together and assume . . yes it's legal there. But we have a few international folks whom I'm sure can chime in.

Sweden have just ended a 3 year test period, and they seem to get it as an permanent arrangement.

I can confirm what Bobmuley wrote. Bowhunting NOT legal in Norway. Gun hunting for big game only.
