Bowtech alleigance tuning?

I have a bowtech Alleigance that I bought off ebay and I am trying to get it tuned to spec. I have a 7" brace, 33.75" ATA and it maxes out at 67.5#. I have 5 dots on the top and bottom showing on the cam.

What would you suggest?
