Hmmm. I sent two e mails to Bowtech for estimated arrow speeds at certain draw weights for a set draw weight and arrow weight and got answers within just a few hours.

Bowtech has responded to emails I sent before that day was over, try again you might not be sending to the right address.

Great Bowtech followup

I too have received almost immediate response from BT. Not like Whisper Creek, as in my other post. Nick from BT was informative and courteous. Good Luck!

Does anyone have the 800 number for Bowtechs Customer Service Department? They just do not seem to respond to emails, as i can only imagine they get tons a day. I have several questions about my Allegiance. Normally i would ask the dealer however they now carry Hoyts and do not seem to be interested in discussing anything Bowtech related. Any help on the number would be appreciated. On another note Mathews responded in like 22 hours to a question about tuning my Switchback XT.

I e-mailed them the other day and no response. But i called some other dealers that are pretty much in bed with bowtech and they helped me out.

Bowtech has always responded to me within hours of emailing them. Unless of course it was a weekend. But even then usually first thing Monday I'd get a reply.
