I purchased this bow earlier this year and it has been used very little. Right now it has the CP2 modules (29"). 50-60 # limbs. It includes everything you see... Yes, I changed the limbs out when the bow was brand new with another brand new set of limbs. It now has 50-60# limbs. It max's out about 63#.

I went back through my PM's and see that I bought the bow and second set of limbs new on AT from Scottie in March '09. The bow is 9 months old and has less than 400 shots through it for sure. Never dry-fired, stored hot, or abused in any way.
