It's an older infinity single cam 38" Bowtech made in 2002-2003. They were available in 2 brace height models - short 6" and long 7".

I had a couple 6" Pro 38s back in the time and liked them a lot. They were pretty fast, held good and shot accurately.

The Pro 38 is a good bow and pretty fast.

I used to own the 2002 Pro 40 short brace height version which is very similar and it shot very well. It also was reatively quite and comfortable in the hand.

Used to shoot a Pro 38 (7" BH) back in 03 for 3D. It was a real shooter. Back then you couldnt hardley find a bow with an ATA that long that got those kinds of speeds. Dont really rememeber any hand shock, but then again, todays bows have brought on a whole new level of smoothness and shockfree!
