I grew up hunting, mostly rifle, but was only able to hunt once a year or so through most of my twenties. I’m now at a point where I’m ready to dive back in and have the time to get into this whole archery thing.
Based on research, and a lot of combing through AT, I picked up a Revolt X and pretty much need everything but a rest.
I’m pretty pumped because it’s the first bow I’ve had that’s not a “get what you get” hand me down that only kinda fits me.
I have a decent budget to get it RTH, and am looking for that sweet spot of quality and not needing to upgrade in a year or two, but also not going top of the line on things that will be lost on a relative newbie. Very comfortable with used gear.
With that long winded setup out of the way, I’d love recommendations for accessories that work well with this bow. I’m learning fast, but pretty ignorant of the major players and any considerations for what might not fit.
I’m eyeing some Fast Eddie XLs and Tetra Ryz’s on AT/Ebay FWIW.
Have always shot wrist releases so will go that route initially.
Looking at a couple used bee stinger stabilizers.
Have a $50 Amazon gift card I was planning to use to “cheap out” on a quiver.
Everything else I’m still swimming in a sea of info on.
