Hi, fairly new to the sport, but loving it so far, I bought a used 2010 sentinel is blue firestorm, been shooting it for a couple of months now, but its come time to try and tune it properly, my major problem is the draw length, its maxed out, but still too short for me, I know the easy solution is to buy another bow, like the insanity cpxl for example, but reading the specs on it, and mine got me thinking, the ATA on mine is 1 3/4" longer, but the insanity has more DL, so, I wonder, if I were to get my hands on a set of insanity cams and modules, put them on mine with an appropriate length string and cables, would this give me the DL range I want, and still work OK, I need about 32" draw for my ridiculously long monkey arms lol, any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Your sentinel draw length is max at 30.5 inches. I am a big guy, my shirt sleeve is 35 inches however my proper draw length is only 30.75 inches. I used to draw 32 inches but I changed my release, my anchor point, and my form and now 30.75 works great. I was shooting with my left arm locked at the elbow. Now I shoot with a slight bend in my left arm. After the changes my accuracy and consisty are much better.
As far as installing insanity cams on a sentinel it would be almost impossible. The sentinel gap between the limbs is too wide to accept the insanity cams. They also attach to the limbs differently. The insanity has a special axle that you cannot lengthen. I looked at possibly putting invasion cams on an admiral which has the same limb spacing and cams as the sentinel. They just will not fit. The axle in the destroyer, invasion, specialist, and insanity all are somewhat similar. The axle actually is not straight where the cables attach to it. At the end of the draw the axle provides a cam effect that contributes to the speed of the draw cycle. If your draw is truly 32 inches you are severely limited as to what bow you can shoot.
