Broad head question?

I will be going from R9 speed to R 29X speed this fall. I have used the NAP 100 Gr spitfires for many years and last 2 years went to NAP 125 Gr. Spitfire Broadheads to get the weight forward effect. Question is will the R29X be too fast for the Nap 125's? I have ordered 480Gr Bolts too shoot in bow. I don't want the blades opening up during flight. And would putting the rubber o-rings on tips be a benefit? Thanks in advance.
