Both are fixed and yes, My go to since ‘94. I’ve tried others, but always hunt with these two. Both hit the same mark so I always have both in my quiver.

Well, if your setup isnt tuned they won’t hit the same as a field point, but no broadhead will either. My setup allows me to practice with fieldpoints cuz my Thunderheads hit exactly the same. I bought a pack of 6 back in ‘94 from a small mom/pop shop in Deep South Texas. Nearly 30yrs later I have only 2 left from that pack. You simply can’t go wrong with a Thunderhead.
My only negative about them is that they don’t survive very well when you hit rocks on pass throughs lol.

I don't shoot them anymore..I'm sure I still have a couple in my kit! I'll take a look and PM ya if you're interested. I'll pass them along to one of the OG Thunderhead dudes.

Of the three you mentioned it's pretty hard to go wrong IW or Exodus. If you search the Exodus on here there is a lot of love for them as there should be. You won't really find any downside to them. IW is about as well made a head as you can buy, but they're just pricey.

QAD and Iron will are phenomenal broadheads. Cant say about the Wasp as I have never used them.

Absolutely QAD....I did some really in depth testing years back. All were fixed blades because I don't think that mechanicals are a good return on investment. I tested all 3 of the ones you have listed. The wasp wasn't in my top 5. The iron will were in my top 5 but because of price, it wasn't justifiable. With today's broadheads and ability to sharpen them, there is literally no reason so spend so much money on a head. It won't help you kill an animal any better. QAD finished in second on my list behind tooth of the arrow broadheads. I decided that the tooth arrows were the best option because they are a solid one piece design, have an awesome owner and haven't sold out to a big conglomerate. They are the best return on investment. Price is amazing and you shoot a deer, pull it out and sharpen.....put it back in the quiver!
If you are strictly down to those 3....without a doubt it would be QAD because of the price

VPA 3 blade has given me the best results. The longer ones. Avoid mechanicals...
I’ve never heard of tooth of the arrow. I am all for a good quality American made product makes it even better. I may have to look into these. Thank you.
