went an started tuning bhs i was at 40 yards fps are spot on at 40 bhs hit about 4 inches low shooting a m6 28 inch draw 72 pounds 340 spine arrow 125 grain bhs should i just move the rest up a bit or move it down ? thanks for the help

Before that, try turning your bow down to about 65# and put some 100grn broadheads on. Or, try some 300 spine arrows. I believe that your are under spined.
