I'm trying to buy a replacement string for a Browning a bought second hand for $50, but I cant find any data on it nor do I know the model. It's a single cam 45-70lbs at 28-30inch draw. Pictures included. It measures 37.5" axel to axle. I need the model and or the string length. For reference I'm new to archery.

It looks like a Mirage of some model or a Rage but I don't know for certain. You may have to find a shop that can accurately measure the string lengths and just make them based off of that. Make sure the bow is hitting peak poundage, likely you don't actually know what that is but you can bet that it's either 60 or 70lbs, and make sure the draw length is drawing somewhere close to what it should be, within 1/2" of a whole or half number, ie. 28 or 28.5", and I'd bet the letoff on a bow from back then would be around 65% or so which should allow you to calculate the holding weight to make sure the cam is not way over or under rotated. Twist the string/cables to get it how you want it and then measure them and use those lengths.
