$200 for just the bow, or for a bow with everything (rest, sights, etc...)?

Rest,sights,arrows.The fellow wants to trade me for a rangefinder I have that i'll never use.Its a bushnell laser pro 450 sport.Just wondering about it.He says its set a 29 but dont know if it can be adjusted down or not.Thanks Chip
