We have soooo much work to do to get the range back into semi-usable condition. Luckily, the practice range survived the storm almost completely in tact...but the same can't be said for the rest of the place. This weekend and next week, in addition to clearing away debris, we will be building new bow trees because we lost most of ours in the storm. If any body can come out and help, please do so...we need all the help we can get right now!!

I feel your pain. I walked around our range today located in Baton Rouge and found little left. We have several targets destroyed and all of our trailds are unusable. Good luck on your shoot.

Thanks Ralph. We are trying to get the place put back together. We are pretty fortunate that our targets are still intact and the practice range had minimal damage, but we had a lot of large trees go down and block all the trails in the field courses and the 3D course. My husband was out there every day last week cutting up trees and putting them in a wood chipper. There is just so much to do, and it all takes so long to get it done.

Buffalo will be having work parties all this week. If you have time off during the day and want to help, please come on out to the range. MichaelB and some of the other guys are there during the day to finish cleaning up the 3D course. We've rented a wood chipper for the entire week and its being put to good use!! We also have to build some new bow racks because we lost a bunch of them during the hurricane. We need all the help we can get, so if you have the time

MichaelB is out at the range today with a generator constructing new bow racks and fixing up the old bow racks that are in dire need of repair. If anyone has time to go out there today, it would be great to get some more help!
