Converting from C2 cam to a spiral cam in the same draw length do you gain or lose weight?

An about how much weight do you gain going up in cam size on the spirals say per cam size or per 2 cam sizes?

If your staying in the same size range they should change all that much. Look at the tune charts and see how much difference there is in the rigging lengths, if it isnt that much, not much, if its several inches particulary on the string, it could change quite a bit.

On the 2000's its about +5# going to the same dl cam.
Each inch of dl you go up, it require a limb def of about 2 less for the same cam family.....so it might come back down 1-1.5 # per inch (from the +5) if you increase dl on the spirals.

So if you change from a 27" cam.5+ to a 28" spiralx.....you may go up 3.5#.

The Ibo on a proelite with 2000 limbs and spirals is 310.

On the 3 bows I converted from Cam 1/2 (Original) to C2's I lost on the average of 12 lbs. Most everything I've read on here going from Cam 1/2 to Spirals you might lose 5 -7. So in your case you might gain 5 or so lbs.
