didnt know where else t o put this but im looking for a good cajun spice receipe for deer jerky. im mostly hillbilly but love the cajun food and spices.:darkbeer:

Hi Mountain makes a real good cajun jerky mix. It's one of my favorites and all the guys at work love it too.

cabellas sells one that is awesome,, another if you can find it is zatarans southwest jerky seasoning, by far my favorite, spicy with lots of flavor but not really hot

I use the walmart cajun, then dust both sides with cayenne pepper to taste before I put in the jerky shooter mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:darkbeer:

took the wife out to eat for mothers day today which where we went was right by a gander mountain and low and behold they carried the hi mountain brand of cajun mix ,picked me up a box and looking forward to trying it out.thanks for the help.
