cam,axle,limb problem

i have a 08 pro elite.it has c2s.the bottom cam is rubbing the control cable serving on the side of the cam.i took the axle out and rolled it on a piece of glass and it does not seem bent.the cam when you put the axle in it only seems to be tight on 1 side of the bearings,like 1 bearing is a different size hole.the left side bearing feels a little rough.but it seems odd that the cam bearing would let the cam lean off that far.i tried shifting the spacers over to the other side but it didnt make any difference.so i got ahold of my proshop and hes got me new cams a coming.do you think this will fix it?or is there something else i should check?has any one ever had this problem.
