I had a nice SW lower MI 8 pt cross the road in front of me yesterday at 11:45 AM. No velvet.

Well if you are getting the does hang around the bucks arn`t far off .

When I checked my cams last week every buck I got a pic of after Aug 30 had shed their velvet. I've honestly never got a photo of a buck in velvet after September 4th in the last several years that I've ran trail cams.

Great buck Dwight. In ND we are at about 50% with and without. My buddy shot a 135" 11 point opening week full velvet Sept. 3.
