YES you can BUT, there just isn't very much clearance on that bow's riser.
With fingers an arrow tends to shoot (bend) around the riser and with a release it goes pretty much straight through so your fletches may hit the riser.
Feathers would be the best choice as they'll fold a little and cause less interference with arrow flight and use an arrow rest that allows you to shoot cock feather out.
That bow is pretty old and isn't worth putting too much money into though. Also no light carbon arrows, the tear drops won't handle shooting too light of an arrow.
