Capitol Area Bowhunters has 48ac of nice hunting land just north of Harrisburg (near where Rt.3 & I81 meet) to lease for the upcoming season for archery hunting only. The land is loaded with deer and has only been hunterd by one other person and his son for the last so many years. So there's been very little pressure. The land is also covered with plenty of water, food and cover; making this a great piece of land that holds plenty of deer. It's so heavily travelled that the deer trails look like mountain bike trails.

Now we have capped the number of members on this specific least to (7) and the cost is $500/yr. This also includes hunter's insurance from the QDMA. Currently we have (4) slots filled and need (3) more so that we can sign the lease and start getting stands on the property. To make paying for this easy, we have also set up a PayPal account so that you can pay by credit card as well.

If you're interested in learning more about Caiptol Area Bowhunters or have an interest in this specific lease, send me a PM. More than happy to answer any questions you have and to even schedule a tour of the property too.

Thanks, :star:

And then there were (2)...

We're down to (2) spots left on this lease. Love to get them filled this month so that we can lock in the lease with the owner, get stands hung, lanes cleared, and discuss how we're going to manage the place collectively.

The only concern some have had was (7) hunters on (48) acres. I can tell you there's well more than enough land for (7) hunters and the place is loaded with deer. Plus there are plenty of access trails to all parts of the property so that we're not going to be stumbling over eachother when we hunt. As for the deer, there's plenty of food water and cover for them and over the last few years there's been little to no pressure at all. The place is covered in buck rubs & scrapes and the other week we came acorss 1/2 of a 1.5yr old 8pt shed...and I seriously doubt he was the only one making all of those rubs and scrapes. We've also jumped plenty of deer and turkeys while souting the area too. Plus we have set up a PayPal account so that you can pay via credit card itf you want to. Lastly, the cost also covers hunter's insurance from the QDMA.

This is a prime piece of land to hunt on and we're making this as easy as we can to get on it and we're going to make sure this is well organized so that all (7) of us are quite happy to be on it. Anyone seriously interested please let me know. More than happy to give tours of the place as well as have you connect with other members on the property.

Then there was two.....two spots left on this lease.

Down to (2) open spots left. If you're an advid archery hunter and you're looking for local land to hunt on that is archery only land the entire season (yes, archery only even during gun season), then this is a real nice peice of land.
