capture video pic?

Does anybody know how to pause a video to print off a pic.
I have a moultrie I-40 and I like to print off all of my good bucks but in video mode I dont know how to print. Is this possible? Thanks

You should be able to do it with video editing software on your computer. You may have to find a program online but you should be able to do it with that.
