I agree with dale. If you are unsure of what to do then take to a good shop.

That being said, if your tips are right and fletchings are left then you have a left tear. If your right yoke leg has a lot of twists in it then yes you could add twist to the left leg and remove some from the right.

I would check your initial set up. Centershot should be 3/4-13/16. Run the arrow through the berger hole at about 1/16 nock high and the top cam advanced about 1/16" ahead of the bottom cam.

Some also have good luck with an arrow set level or 90 degrees to the string and both cams hitting together.

If your draw length, form and grip are good then you can yoke tune. If you aren't shooting with consistency then it will be hard to tune.
