I would say that they're pretty even. Some like one and some like the others. I'm shooting the 23 speeds and I like them. They shoot well and seem pretty durable for a large carbon shaft. The 23 speeds are made in the USA compared to over seas(Korea I think) like the carbon express. That's enough of a reason right there if I had to pick between the two.

Carbon Express CXL - I have some vapor 23 speeds & at first they shoot great then it seems like they break down or something & my groups opened way up. Then when I try a couple that had not been shot yet great groups for a while & then they open up.

very frustrating for such an expensive shaft.
