Carolina Blue Feathers

I'm pretty new here, so take it easy on me guys. I had a friend ask me to fletch some arrows for him and he wants 5" Carolina blue feathers. Our local Bass Pro Shops had them in stock this summer, but now they're pretty much sold out of everything. I've been looking on the internet and I can't seem to find them anywhere. I can't even find out who makes a 5" feather in Carolina blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
