I shoot 5 Spot as well as 3d and just wondering which would be better to get for my types of shooting. I know the target has clicks and can be referenced for the clicks up and down were the 3d has no clicks but faster movement for the varying 3d targets.

I'm just getting started myself in both these activities and purchased a target sight which typicaly also has a longer bar and is used with a smaller scope housing.

In retrospect since I dont run the bar at full extension I think I should have gone with the 3D version.

Another thing to look for if you intend to set up one bow for both indoor and outdoor is if the sight has a QD scope mount and if you can buy extra mounts. I dont know if this is the case or not with CBE but AXCEL you can and I'm sure there are others. This would allow you to quickly swap the housings and I think you could have a sight tape on one side for indoor and the other set for outdoor. I have not tried this myself but I think with that type of setup you could easily switch sight set up.
