American Caesar by William Manchester is a book about Douglas MacArthur. He was head honcho in Japan after the war. He got the right to vote for women. Plus, he taught American business and manufacturing to the Japanese. Yes, Made in Japan was cheap stuff in the beginning but their diligence paid off with increasing production and quality. I knew an engineer who visited an aluminum foundry in Japan in the mid 70s. He said it was spooky to look from the office and production balcony to the plant. Everything was totally automated with only a few workers on the plant floor.

wait until you have a issue with this, you can just forget about any kind of warrenty for sure, 700 bucks it aint worth the gamble..
