I placed 2nd in our local 3-D circut championship yesterday with my new Athens exceed 300 in the open trophy class. I entered the shootdown in 3rd with 7 up and shot 4 12s and a 10 on the last 5 targets. I love that bow. I only shot one 8 in the 1st 20 but a 5 bit me hard I had the yardage but it broke high and I pushed it right out. It was a 36 yd up hill raptor. I'd like to have that shot back but oh well I'm happy with 2nd since I had no sleep Friday night I worked 12 hours then had to go shoot, it's kind of a blur. Shoot straight my friends

Congrats! I got to handle the Exceed 300 at the Vortex Open. Really a nice bow and at 37" ata it should do very well in 3Ds. I liked the 41" Excell. I'd have either or both if my bride wouldn't kill me...
