Next season I want to put a ground blind in an area that is kinda thick with brush about knee to hip high. I want to clear a shooting lane maybe 10ft wide and 30yrds long. What hand tools would be best? A machete? A weed/grass cutter? A combination of both? Last year I cleaned a small shooting lane in the same kind of brush with a knife and pulling by hand and snapping the little woody brush at ground level and clearing it out. It took too long but worked. The area is too far back to get any kind of power tools. Thanks for the help.
