Any good recommendations for a warm set of waterproof gloves for bow hunting. 3 weeks left and temps have dropped to below zero and even when it was around 7 degrees today the real feel was 17 below so lookin for ideas. Thanks in advance

I wear a pair of thin gloves (First Lite Merino). When it gets colder I wear a handwarmer muff and throw some handwarmers in there. Keeps my hands nice and toasty. I don't like very thick gloves for bowhunting; more difficult for me to shoot.

Same here. Thin glove on my hold hand, string hand bare. Grabbers hand warmers in my pocket. I also use the ones that attach to the inside of your boots when its really cold.

I gave up on gloves......they are too bulky to shoot with or too thin to keep you warm. I bought a Muff (stop laughing) and fill it up with hand warmers and wear thin gloves. It's the best of both worlds.

I've been wanting answers to this as well. I went with lighweight merino gloves and a handwarmer. The problem is when deer are in range or close and you have to have hands out forever it seems...then my hands will freeze. So, is there a better solution than my merino gloves and a handwarmer. I had a good buck and some does in for close to 20-25 minutes last week. I absolutely froze my bowhand and had to keep alternating into my handwarmer....

In cold weather I just use the lined brown jersey gloves. I cut off half the index finger on the right one so I can feel the trigger. I try to keep my hands in my pockets as much as possible and my hands stay warm.

columbia has some liner glovers with the omni heat reflective material in them. may try them, I usually just use a thing glove and keep hands in pockets. I do have a pair of mittens that fold back and are thinsulate when its really cold, cut a hole in the palm for my release to go through.

I wear the same gloves I wear all season. When temps get to chilly I have a hand warmer that goes around my waist. Put a couple of hot hands in & by the time I get to stand its like sticking my hands in an oven. The big hot hands last all day
