All season I use a thin camo pair of gloves. When the weather turns cold, the same gloves and a muff with a hand warmer (either chemical or electronic) is best for me. If the thin gloves get wet, I have backup as wet gloves are almost as much fun as wet socks.

 

I buy the cheap brown jersey gloves and I cut off half the index finger on the right glove. I put a “Hot Hands” in each jacket pocket and keep my hands in my pockets 90% of the time. Like the other guy said, I keep a second pair in case mine get wet. I’ve never had gloves that would, by themselves, keep my hands warm. So I don’t buy the expensive ones. Jersey gloves are cheap and I buy a three pack every season.

 

Me too with the Jersey gloves and If you have a muff hand warmer they are the best thing IMO .

 

I like the thin wool glove liners. If it's really cold I also use a muff and hand warmer. You can also find them in various sizes.

 

Nothing better than a warm muff. Throw a hand warmer in and youre gold.

 

I just wear lightweight gloves with a liner when temps get below 50. When it gets below freezing I keep them in a muff with a hand warmer.
