yes and no. Depends on areas. Check the state DOW's website for the map and the specifics. If the area you have in mind is a 'draw' area, the draw is over for the year.

Be careful with the muzzleloader laws, as well. Colo has a few screwy ones... such as no scopes and I don't think they allow sabots or in-lines. But perhaps some of those changed.

For the most part, no. Although quite a few units offer antlerless (cow) tags.

It is all draw, But.

wapiti101 - No sabots, no powder pellets, inlines are fine, no scopes, All draw.
Left over draw tags go on sale August 8th. You can go to the Colorado Division of Wildlife web site veiw the list of leftover tags and there's still some good tags left.:darkbeer: Good Luck.
