Hi all,
Hope this is the right place, and hoping someone might have some tips. I asked this in the general forum and got some constructive replies, but someone said I should post it here too.
I have recently taken up target archery since roughly April and have steadily been getting better, however at the weekend in a competition I absolutely fell apart. No idea what caused it, but I went from confident to disconsolate in the space of six arrows. We have another practice session this weekend but confidence is pretty shaken after the Frostbite. So was just wondering if anyone had any tips, practical or otherwise, about strategies to maybe regain a bit of confidence this weekend/moving forward. Thanks in advance.
