I got mine from my window medias player. Click on your name in the top corner, and look around in your profile, and theres a place there to edit it though. some premade ones, or you can get something off of your photobucket account, or your own CPU

I take the photos myself and change the pixel sizes to 80x80 or 90x90 or so. Also, with some software you can create animated GIF files of cartoon-like pictures.
