Back in the day when corn Fields had 36 inch rows. My dad myself and brothers would go walk cross corn row in to the wind 20 to 30 mph +. We did this after the majority of the leaves had been blown off and only a few Fields were still in. When doing this I have been within 5 feet of a deer!!! We still do this but not as much anymore the fields go out to fast and the rows are smaller! What I would like to know is if anyone else has done this because I have never seen anyone else do it or talk about it?
