I have a hard time just getting to full draw on the coyotes around here. Or they run through so fast I don't have time to grab the bow. Congrats on your 'yote!

SWEET!! Theve've gotten so bad around here that I'd nearly rather shoot one of them than I had a buck. We've definitely seen a drop off in fawn pics on the trail cameras cause of them. Kill 'em all!!

Have only had one opportunity at a coyote within bow range and I smoked him at 12 yards! So, from experience and from what i gather, this is a rare feat and very difficult! Congrats man!

location - north central illinois
there was a story "with pictures" in a local paper last fall of a guy that was set up bow hunting one morning near a cut in a fence and by the time the morning was over he had kill 5 coyotes and missed one. i would have never believed it but the pictures where there and he had called a friend out to verify his story. all 6 dogs had come thru that same cut in the fence and gave him the shot he needed. did not say if he saw any deer or not.
