Hey everyone

I have a Hoyt Ultratec with XT2000 limbs.

what does it mean when as i pull back to full draw i hear a creaking in the bow? it sounds like its coming from the limb pocket.

there arn't any cracks or splinters in the limbs, so i dont know what's going on.
its been shooting just fine

thanks

It's the little black rockers under the limbs. Either it's got some dirt between them and the limbs or the axle running through them and the riser needs to be removed, cleaned and greased. Has it been apart and cleaned/lubed before? If not I am sure that's what it is.

I had the same thing happen on my Protec. The clear coat on the end of the limbs was rubbing the limb pocket. Take the limbs off and grease the end of the limbs and put them back on. Should do the trick!
